No. Mult Cleaner never deletes anything without your explicit confirmation. Before any deletion, you see a full preview showing every file name, size, folder location and last opened date. You can deselect individual files or entire folders from the list. Files are moved to Trash, not permanently deleted immediately — so you have a final window to review before emptying Trash.

Google Docs, Sheets and Slides use negligible storage (they're stored in Google's native format, not as uploaded files) and are excluded from size-based filters by default. You can explicitly include them if you want.
