B. OAuth-Authorized Data from Services You Connect
Depending on the service (Gmail, Google Drive, Reddit, OneDrive, Outlook), we may temporarily access:
- Reddit posts, comments, messages (for filtering/deleting)
- Gmail emails grouped by sender/category
- Google Drive / OneDrive file metadata (name, size, type, timestamps)
- Outlook emails (subject, sender, date, size)
We do NOT store the content of your emails, files, or Reddit messages unless required for processing — and only temporarily.

Your data is used strictly for:

- We never see or store your passwords.

We do not use any part of your personal data, email content, files, or Reddit activity to train AI models without your explicit opt-in.
Your default setting is: No AI usage.
6. Data Storage & Retention
We store the minimum required user information (e.g., email, preferences). Any data fetched from your connected services is:

- Deleted automatically after task completion
- Never used for other purposes
