Can I stay on the free plan forever? +
Yes. The free plan is designed to be genuinely useful for small, occasional cleanups. You only need Pro if you're running frequent or very large cleanups.
What happens if I cancel Pro? +
You keep access to your account and can still use the Free plan limits. Your saved presets and logs remain in your account, but Pro-only limits and speeds no longer apply.
Do you offer refunds? +
We recommend starting on the Free plan and upgrading once you're confident Mult Cleaner fits your workflow. For genuine billing mistakes, reach out to support and we'll do our best to help.
Can I change plans later? +
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect from the next billing period.
Do you offer team / company plans? +
